Bailey
When Bailey got to CAPA she was skin and bones and had lived a life of neglect and hunger. She was finally rescued when a concerned neighbor contacted authorities who took custody her and eventually arrested the owner for animal cruelty
Bailey's life has completely turned around and not only has she found wonderful parents but she and her fur sister Lacey are inseparable.
It is animals like Bailey that need CAPA the most. We are their voice and help them find the happy ending they so much deserve.
Before CAPA was involved the shelter did not track the number of animals coming in and leaving the shelter but we do know that it was a very small number of animals who actually left the shelter alive. We decided to invest in a shelter management program and track the numbers ourselves.
