CAPA is busier than ever and the requests to help unwanted animals has never been greater. In order for us to keep taking in new dogs and cats we must be able to find homes or transfer our animals to other rescues. We find ourselves needing to transport more and more dogs at once and this is where the van comes in. We often find ourselves needing to transport more dogs than we have room for and we end up making multiple trips or needing multiple drivers and cars. A van will mean we transport even more animals to adoption events and to other rescues in areas that can find them homes much faster than we can in our rural area.
